    The visions what we had for the last two episodes did a lot more to tie up loose ends and had a lot more of Apocalypse being nasty. We don’t want to be this critical about something we generally enjoyed watching but it is such a big let down from Season 1 that it’s hard for just to be zen about everything.

    Season: 7 – Episode: 6

    As much as we love Colossus and we love Nightcrawler this episode wasn’t giving us what we needed this close to the end of the season. We have a great time predicting what is going on with this whole Gambit & Apocalypse thing though.

    Season: 7 – Episode: 5

    When the Danger Room decides to ramp up the “danger” and downplay the “room” this is what you get.

    We both agreed that the old version where Professor X imprisons a life form in the Danger Room so that he can train his students and then it’s a revenge story is a better version of this.

    Also looking forward to Undead Tarot Gambit when that happens.

    “They nerfed the Brood.”

    Weapon X, Lies, and DVDs — But before that we talk about the Heated Rivalry/X-Men connection that nobody wants to discuss. We get into Wolverine’s strange history with the Weapon X Project. Caleb gushes over Maverick. Garrison Kane has a situation on screen that… nobody feels bad for him. We revisit the cover of Uncanny X-Men #268.

    All in all it’s a nice little stand alone episode. No clue where this goes next.
